Technically any game company would be legally able to just strike you if you streamed their game without license even in america. Depends on the game though. This is where you'd be able to make your case in court if your work was transformative enough to be fair use.
If you stream a movie then there's 0 transformation and everyone is experiencing it as is, but if it was a game like Minecraft (Minecraft itself gives every user a blanket streaming license anyway so it doesn't matter for this) you could argue that all of your stream was transformative and the original game is only like a playground. Whereas some kind of walking simulator experience AAA graphics game would be questionable again because the input you're giving is the same as every other player would do so you're basically just watching a movie and reacting to it.
And even if there was some transformation in the game stream, the question would be if all of it was necessary to show. Like if you critiqued the game 5 minutes every 1 hour of gameplay, you wouldn't be able to stream the other 55 minutes of it and would only be legally allowed to make a supercut of all the parts you're actually critiqueing.
It's all a case by case basis where you'd have to make your defense in court if you even get that far because it's prohibitively expensive.
