My 2 cents? Management fucked up no matter what way you look at it.
If nobody in NijiEN bullied Selen, they essentially threw all the ENs under the bus, causing schizos to speculate and harass the other livers with NO evidence.
Which is also ironic because it's "suppost the talent not the corpo" until the corpo spreads rumors that some of the livers may be bullies, then they totally believe the corpo because the want their rrats confirmed.
The whole bullying segment shouldn't even be in the announcement. It paints an awful look on them that now, people think they terminated her because she didn't "suck it up" and deal with the bullying.
I already came to terms with how Selen didn't want to be in the company any longer, the private MV was even about how she wasn't gonna stick around forever.
