Yagoo believed the EN branch was having enough issues that he replaced the EN project manager and why do you think Dmitri Jap was hired? The talents have said their complaints were being heard in 2023 but there have been obvious contract disputes going on for at least 2 years. Tempus got into huge fights over model redesigns in their first year so there have been been cultural differences with management. Having no say on their design was likely a major complaint even with the JP branch and Cover did recently give them more creative input by letting talents commission outfits/models.
