Literally, Phase would provide absolutely nothing for them more than them being indies. No idol connection, no game collab, no big event.
In order to poach a talent, your company needs to have at least 80% of talents on the same caliber or higher.
As of now, zero talent in Phase even plays in the same ballpark as these two. Maybe there is Pippa with a buff stream while Pomu is playing a debuff game / zatsudan would they have similar numbers.
Maybe Phasefags can poach the mid-tier nijis like Rosemi or Petra when they graduate or something.

Depends on how you define the cut. They take 30% of streaming revenue because Youtube takes 30% off the top, but they take 50% of the post Youtube cut, just like every other vtuber company (except Vshojo). Idol claims they do 60-40 but then they fudge it by claiming part of that 60 is "reinvestment". So actually it's not a flat 60 and they're just doing accounting gimmicks other companies don't to arrive at that pretend figure.
