Meh, mostly the game but they should reach for the chat in the dry moments if they need something to bounce off of.

Sadly most Vtubers I've watched aren't of pairs/Twin ops. They are mostly Single/Indie that aren't of Corporate affiliation of any renown. The streamer gets too much influenced with chat that they feel that they NEED to entertain chat by interacting with them in order to succeed in streaming/retain a fanbase/loyal following.
