There is some people that can use an overlay, there is peopla that can use a new model/pngmodel/fanart, there is some people that, if im not wrong, want new alternative outfits and ways to get their chuubas to look but that they can't do because they aren't artists. And things like rigging and similar are always also in the blend of things that people want, but you should say with what you would like to help before we tell you who to go to.

Generally no, some viewers like a “polished” look but a bad overlay is worse than no overlay at all. I use an overlay to prevent my model and chat from hiding important game screen info, but you could also just place your model somewhere strategic. Try to make your overlay mostly a dark color if you do use one to avoid flashbanging viewers.

I like them because they make things look more coherent and professional, and help bridge the stylistic gap between your model and what you're showing. You can also play with your theming and give your stream some more personality.
Keep mobile viewers in mind though; top was my old overlay and you can see how much more screen space it took up compared to the one I'm using now. That looks pretty bad on a small screen and you want to make sure everyone can see your screen easily regardless of their device. Another note, I personally don't like overlays that have a bunch of extra information on them like "latest sub/follower/donation/donation goal" etc. Less is more.

Fuzakerunah here, I did a stream using a hand tracker in VSF so you can see some of how that looks there. Just make sure to skip to the last third, I screwed up at the beginning big time.

QRD if you don't want to bugger with that tho, most trackers are built for specific things. The Ultraleap is really good for tracking hands (when set up properly), but has it's quirks. It does NOT track below the wrist, but it interpolates elbow position and rotation with moderate accuracy based on wrist position. It markets for ~150$USD, which is a steal for the quality, just be prepared to toy with it.

Anything else and you're getting into increasing prices for rapidly diminishing returns. The closest comparable I can think of is 750$USD and does the same thing with extended range and a couple other nice-to-haves that you can manage with multiple Leap cameras and still less money

You're making the streams very VOD friendly. I get that this is where you get the most views from, but perhaps it would be better if you tried to make your streams a more unique experience so people would actually go watch your streams instead of waiting for the VODs. By unique experience I'd say more zatsus. If you still do zatsu segments you need to make some of them available in the VODs, while in other less interesting ones you should make a clear cut so the viewers see that something is missing and would join your streams.
