The ability to commission new models is a good change for Hololive but management only allowed this to encourage fans to join memberships. There will be some talents that will release lewd models that are only used for membership streams. There are no translated clips but Okayu did explain that Cover is now allowing Hololive talents to commission their own models and outfits. They do have to pay the entire cost but in return they get to create the model while communicating directly with the artist. Management approval is still needed for the design but it sounds like a major change.
