Aesthetically it’s weak. It doesn’t give off confidence. And the message is kind of unclear. I understand it’s an advertisement for your channel but are you leaning into your community? The lore of your channel? Your content?
Banner ads can be simple! I would highly recommend checking out some other boards and seeing what elements you like and would want to replicate. Or you could browse through a plethora of older internet ads.
If you’re leaning into your cyberpunk (?) lore a simple stock photo of an office worker and some quote about recruitment or something with a link to your channel could be simple and nice. Or if you want to be a bit more edgy/grunge why not try and replicate something out of Slayers X/Hypnospace Outlaw?

Hate to use this as an example but if someone asked you ‘When does the Narwhal bacon’ and you don’t get the joke… It just doesn’t work. And again simplicity can be great! For example if I had to make a simple ad for Digby I’d probably take a screenshot of one of his character meshes in Blender and from there maybe add a quote + twitch link. It shows off that Digby is a cat, he is learning Blender and 3D art, and the quote might show off a bit of his personality. Feel free to disagree, but I think that’s a solid ad. Nothing spectacular but it conveys a message clearly and is (ideally) nice on the eyes.
