Or maybe because she doesn't want to say, "we're at the hospital" in the same way she wouldn't say when she touched down in Austria or the Maldives? It would make sense since Malpha did seem to say that she'd "have the baby next time"(the uwu magic guy making her laugh seemed to trigger some contractions), although one would think they wouldn't put a newborn on stream like immediately after the birth, since the mother and the kid need rest. Lets just hope she's silly and overlooked the thumbnail since the family obviously is gearing up for a new addition.
