Pako's redesign was alright but he made him kinda villainous looking.

Might not have been coomerbait on the same level as Kronii or Ina but not having any creative input on her design likely did bother her. The EN talents were less willing to accept the idea that management should be making all the decisions for their character.

Sana compared to all the other girls sticks out like a sore thumb imo. She's stylized to be more cartoony while the rest generally follow the same style of cute "soft" anime girl where as Sana has bright, flat colors

Cover obviously wants their vtubers to bring in a lot of viewers but if the talent hates their design that will cause long term problems. They won't get along with management, they will have little connection to viewers who like their model, and they will resent any success they do have in Hololive. The EN branch was less willing to accept bad designs compared to the JP branch where talents were more likely to accept a garbage situation and slowly burnout.

I think the Council lineup is one of the best ones (with myth). Everyone has their own different vibe and main color (not two shades of blue, not pink and purple in the same gen).
I also think Sana liked her design but was hesitant due to the fans being so divised on it

Change Vesper's face and he is fine for the most part. Fagni's design is mostly alright just needs to get a better artist make over. I really don't like Sana's overall color scheme. Brown chuuba is fine, but I think she'd look better with different colored hair and outfit. Also fix her "space" design to be better than what we got. IRyS got shit on by Redjuice. Her nose really brings out the whole el goblino design I don't much care for her new design either but it is a stark improvement
