It's not confirmed, but PhaseJP may be a new corporate entity, hence why the original JPs weren't just lumped into the rest of the branch, since they're still under contract with the main Phase entity. There are some confirmed new staffers based on Papagorira's tweets. Visa might be a non-issue for Phase.
