Best comparison for a long donothon (from a comparable chuba) that I can think of is Kirsche's donothon which ran for 52 days and made ~60k total. Given that Kirsche is way more established and has higher ccv I'll be surprised if Nyana gets more than 20k. Best case she has a couple of crazy whales and makes ~40k tops.

I am against donothons in the first place so I am not the one to ask but the rewards shouldn't be normal things that can be done on stream.
If you think it is a good enough idea you should do it anyway.
The rewards would ideally be something only doable with the money. If the vtuber is musically inclined offering weekly song covers for a month or 2 would be a good reward. New outfits and a 3D model are also in line with that but those would need to rather high. Skebs and Nsfw skebs are good too for lower rewards.
