You don't need to make them an "extroverted manipulator". All you have to do is give them some useful advice and point them in the right direction. A lot of them are just trying to get their start. sure, fair, but i'm fairly new to the thread (and usually lurk over posting) so don't expect anything super useful.

my general advice is being an active consumer of other vtubers, streamers, content creators in general. by active i mean picking them apart, trying to figure out what makes them "work"; if you like someone think about what you like about them and see if it's applicable to yourself. for example i like shondo but lolicons annoy me so i could never pander to cunnyfags (which is a shame because good lolis are always gmi,) but she's great at gap moe by saying horrible things in a cute way and it never fails to net positive attention. pippa's similar cuz she falls into the same market of "cute girl saying bad thing = funny." you've got dark humour and a cute voice? work on your delivery til it gets clippable. play to your strengths, and don't emulate, borrow. this applies to a ton of other traits in a streamer, but what works for you will differ from what works for me. just try your best to really think about the other chuubas you consume.

and if you're worried about not being interesting, practice talking to yourself. go at it for ages until you can tangent the day away without even streaming. it'll be boring and awkward and stilted at first but if you can develop the ability to enjoy your own company, other people will too, and practice makes perfect. developing charisma is tricky, i find it's usually a "you have it or you don't" situation, but it's definitely not impossible.

and get out more/be more willing to do things outside of your comfort zone. life experience makes a more interesting person. don't pretend to be someone you're not, though. if you're a useless neet, play to that. being authentic is key, personally annoys me when i can tell someone's putting on a front when they stream. amplify your existing personality, don't make a whole new persona to larp. when it slips (and trust that it will eventually,) it's obvious. also, unironically learn to sing. makes it way easier to have a pleasant voice

-Create a channel point system with moobot or something similar

-create predictions with your chat bot to see if viewers actually watched with a trivia game

-those that win the trivia game get channel points

-people can redeem channel points on topics for future videos

Do this all in your chat (which is still running even when you're not streaming live) at your convenience.
