You are basically abusing what was originally a bug in the mod but has been codified in the game which is the fact that the game determines if a jungle/neutral camp respawns if the space that the camp occupies is empty every minute. That means either the camp can die altogether or you can lure the monsters all out of the space to trigger the mechanic. This makes it so the camp gets aggro, goes out of the space, game thinks the space is empty so respawns another camp there. So you end up with two camps in the same space. This can be done multiple times and is generally considered a farming multiplier to help your carry get an advantage.

I really can't do it anymore, the stream audio is strangely skipping too, might be Firefox issue after I tried to abandon Chrome.
