Pippa is such a huge advantage for Phase it is not even funny.
I will say this tho: when Pippa was at 2,000 ccv, Phase didn't have all that much buzz and was looked at as still small potatoes.

The company started getting the bump in Summer/Fall because multiple talents took bigs step forward both in numbers and reach potential with networking. Not enough credit is given to the Tenma's and Lia's of the company. I guess what I am saying is, outside of her first like 9 months, Pippa has always been huge for Phase, but Phase didn't really start making positive waves in the industry until others began stepping up and making stuff happen that only they could make happen.

Phase Connect literally had the entire first Gen stage a revolt and threaten to graduate. All they really get right is having managers and a CEO who know how to handle their talents.

Idol is interesting because they get stronger with each new gen as Endless are essentially holding the brand up on their shoulders at this point and a fine gen the only issue is the previous 2 gens were not great and Riro was a total failure even if you don't include the actual yab.

Most of the other small corps were run by people who barely gave a fuck. Phase's CEO was actively involved in the company, managing, advertising, developing tech....etc.

Pippa was obviously going to be the flagship talent. The problem is that while she's arguably the most powerful of the small corpo ace's, she's also the most dangerous and liable to explode. It was all about containing the explosion to push the rocketship upward without getting burned.
Also they made some good hiring decisions, such as the decision to take Shiina despite her massive yab.
Pippa secured them Lumi, once again showing how invaluable she is.

The decision to be openly pro-hololive and to talk about their hololive oshis was probably a very smart idea and made them relatable
