Two things. Aside from the obvious singing talent or humor, aside from the stuff you can learn and replicate like that, she has two things. They don't make other people (or chumbuds) happy to hear, though.
The first thing: Translucency. The fact that she's not truly "there," or that you're ever sure that she'll stay, is an insane charm point. It's fucked up and it's not something she's doing on purpose, but the almost mirage-like quality she has is a big part of her appeal. Every time she's around and sincere feels like a blessing. It makes people crave.
The second thing: Luck. She was very lucky. No one will ever get that lucky again, and no one will ever be able to intentionally recreate that luck. She had the luck of being in just the right place for the zeitgeist to bring her glory. It's not possible to replicate this.
She has a lot of great qualities, but those two things are why she isn't just "a great EN Vtuber," but "THE EN Vtuber."

At this point I can say for sure that there are other girls within EN that I enjoy more than Gura, and you can guess at least one, but she is still good, was always good, and had some of the greatest moments in vtubing history.
