This would be good. But in all honesty I think he in his standard "overpromise,underdeliver" fashion won't do anything interesting. It's not that hard to connect how things go with him and those "big" dates or streams:
>sets up goal way up high, so it's becomes impossible to finish (he talked about this stuff a dozen times) (overpromise, mostly to himself, in rare cases to everyone else)
>can't do it
>stress himself over it, productivity nosedives
>streams at the time become more low effort or he just cancels them
>result isn't bad, but could've been way better (underdeliver part)
>no feedback from anyone about this, doesn't decide to change anything in this process
>additional low-effort content afterwards because of accumulated stress
Sometimes I just wish that he would be a little self-reflective on those kind of things not even for our sake, but for himself.

It's not like this problem is impossible to deal with, it's just apparently no one out of people who he keep in touch with don't see it or don't want to talk about it or Randon not share any of those concerns with them (but considering that a lot of his friends are also his viewers it would be weird if they didn't notice and talk with him about it).
Like, even if we take last "big" stream - return to 2D model. If someone just advised him to tell straight up to everyone that he just couldn't bring anything new to the table in that short period of time, then everything would've been fine. But no, he kept it vague and then was saying that he was worried and stressing himself out because he didn't bring anything special to the stream expect that homestuck bs

I'm sure it had to have come up during his corpo stint. Of course, your employers aren't your therapists, so they're more likely to find the problem than the solution. That and, well, he's not in a corpo anymore so it evidently didn't work out in the end. I doubt he's unaware of the issue or the "just X, 4head!" solutions. Yeah, even in corpo his "big streams" weren't his highest moments, like birthday stream with Samantha (good idea was there, but execution wasn't that great), new model stream (karaoke was postponed and we didn't see it after, quite empty stream overall). So maybe employers talk about this with him but either they didn't say right words or he didn't listen to them, so everything stayed the same. However April Fools debut was fantastic (no offense to other guys, but Morf outrun everyone by fucking mile), but he wasn't lead of whole thing, it was Dez. So I have a feeling that if he's just put in performer role (without, setting goals, organizing all the bullshit, without all this stress etc) he can do really fucking well.
But at the same time we have some big streams, which are good... like his own debut and his return after graduation. And they, let's be real, are kinda low effort if look at them without any bias
