That's stupid cope and won't happen. Nintendo already stroke a deal with multiple streamer corpo (along with capcom and kadokawa) to give out perm for their games and charge a fee for it. Several of those corpo are streaming palworld just fine.

Nijis dont do modded handhelds anon, they actually have a similar special machine that pekora uses but the difference is that nintendo loans it to anycolor office indefinitely

Pomu's first 3DS streams like Tomodachi Life were with a softmodded 3DS. She was having issues with the video capture glitching often so she eventually got a hardmodded one. She even talked on stream about it taking a while due to the demand. Pretty sure whatever deal Niji has only excludes game emulation.
