TouPea 2023 hit 8M yesterday. The period between 7M and 8M was dreadful for its growth, but it's still the 3rd fastest growing vtuber song in the last week, with loliKami still the number 1.

Now for what's interesting: The 2nd fastest growing song during last week was HimeHina's Aibao DanceHall. It's at 4,1M right now after about 1mont+10 days, which means it started slower but somehow is now out-legging TouPea.
Listen to it, it's very good. HimeHina are still here and they still make vtubing better just being here.

I've zero idea why VALIS don't put out more videos of the girls dancing, which is their thing. Not counting snippets from concerts, they've only got a couple shorts and videos, mostly featuring RARA, unsurprisingly.
Most of their output is covers, and they're just not singers. It's ridiculous. I've watched RARA's cover of KOKO's Time (for which she made the choreo iirc) a bunch of times. It's very memorable, it got me hooked. In contrast, there's no cover of theirs I'd ever add to a serious playlist. Some of theirs original songs are fun, and some of their solos are quite nice (I mostly think of the choreos when I play them), but that's just not what they are

Mimi and Qpi will both overtake Runa in subs this year.
