I don't know how much I can trust the yt-dlp number but mines telling me there's 530 public videos'. The member torrent I saw looked to be about 100~ Videos, then there's 115~ or so of the low quality videos from the earlier links.
So you should have plenty of space.
yt-dlp does have retries which I think you can set to "infinite" combined with --retry-sleep if you know your network stays down for a while before you try again.
I've also seen people say that archive.org might be able to get used if the information is otherwise being hidden away - so perhaps you can use that when it's out if that works better then the torrents.

I've never been too savvy with this shit. When needing to grab a stream I can do basic shit like timing a live stream to yt-dlp because I know it's gonna be unarchived etc., and I've save the commands someone posted a thread ago that gets all the json shit etc.

This. Proxy requires you to send them a link to whatever item and they review it and if they're able to purchase it you pay them to buy it for you. Item goes from vendor to proxy's warehouse and from there shipped to you. Proxy will have fees for handling all these transactions.
Not good for limited goods. By buying the goods yourself instantly and sending them to your local address you're less likely to miss out on time sensitive items because you skip the whole "can you buy X thing for me please?" step which can be protracted depending on how your proxy handles this kind of request.

For proxy I use zenmarket, for reshipper I use blackship. There's plenty of services so shop around to find the right one with the best prices for you and your country. I've had no real issues with either.

Voice packs are what they say on the tin: if it's an ASMR vp then that's what it is. If it's a scenario then it's like a little audio skit based on whatever topic. It'll be the holo in question having a conversation with (you), the listener cept you have no dialogue obviously. Other packs are "system voices" that you can use to replace your phone or computer's notification/alarm sounds with etc. Just read the descriptions.
If you just like hearing Mel's voice then there's no harm purchasing. Holo's make good margins on vp's so if you've never superchatted and want to support the girls a vp is a decent enough way.
If you see yourself ever actually learning Japanese one day then you'll have Meru's voice pack waiting for you to finally fully understand.

Just skimming the vods her account is level 13, which is enough for summoner spells. The old style runes got removed - I think the new ones you get to select a full page of them straight away and level 10 is when you can pick specific runes.

But unless there's someone else basically brand new as well it seems a weird fit to put them in.

I've added 3D Events which are mostly just Anniversary / Birthday Appearances and some other Events Mel took part in.

Before I go any further i'm going to be looking for a tool / creating one for pulling data from the holodex API into a csv just so the information is all in one place (And not multiple pages as the website) so I can compare it to what I have, and if it's privated check for a RagTag link so I can easily generate download lists for a targeted channel.

Once i've done that I should have a list of enriched stream data and collabs to catalog, but that's also at the whim of what people have done with tags I imagine.

I've also not taken a look at the Hololive Members content on their channel but I think there were 5~ instances of mel appearing on the youtube channel and 7 on the Fanclub page, I'm not sure if there's a record of Fanclub content though in case anything was taken down before.
