It's complicated. If you're talking about physical releases, only 10-15 vtubers' albums/singles in total (that are tracked on Oricon) didn't get into the weekly chart. You just need 100 sales to track, after all. The hardest part is getting into the weekly chart with a digital single. For that you usually need to sell at least 1000-1500 a week, which is often a high hurdle. The issue is that you can only see top50 for digital sales.
