Openly talking about "money issues" on main is something you don't want to do too often, you should save that for rare occassions, do it like Rinna and make a "secret" secondary account that makes it feel like saying it there feels like you are opening up to your special inner circle and they can be your hero. You should not make it a "monthly" thing however or such and make it seem irregular so it does not just feel like you are too stupid to handle money at all. Also make it singular "major" issues so that you can keep milking it for a while and when you notice that your paypigs dry up announce that they finally helped you solve the issue and lay low for a while.
If you make it a medical issue you can make it seem more urgent and important to encourage bigger spending but unless you are faking some chronic disease don't do it too often or people will ask questions about what your medical issue actually is, just stay vague and mention needing operations that require some special doctor and such.
