They also provide bts support for talent organized events and elevate talent founded groups like Shiraken into official units with their permission.
This is the ideal way for even companies with 200 talents, because the groupings are far more organic that way, and there will be far less conflict compared to when they're forced together on a whim.

Sure, the company and the owner can make a bunch of money thanks to retarded short term decisions, but the company's content, the livers and their legacy - all of which was created by the livers alone - are slipping from between their fingers every year.
