With all this talk about Vshojo and Hololive being the place Pomu's gonna settle.... here's my rrat:
Pomu is obviously going to Vshojo, no doubt, because HoloEN4 will come around in like 7 months to a full year, In that time Pomu is going to test the waters of VShojo and see how helpful their management is, she'll do all that while applying to Hololive in the meantime because talent freedom™. Vshojo is a chill place but I bet many of the girls don't want to step into the dance floor and do idol stuff while Hololive is the place where she can be at big events and future EN concerts due to CTW being a huge success.
The only way to maintain Pomu in Vshojo is if

Like that other anon said, define "idol dreams". Pomu would be able to do any activity she wants whether it's idol related or not, it's just that whatever she does isn't going to be Holo /#/ sized. VShojo concerts are also going to be higher quality going forward, personally I was unimpressed with the graphics in Candy Pop but it looks like they're now going to be using Warudo/Nilo which should significantly up the visual quality, and the songs themselves were already fine.
Though I'm not a Holo watcher from what I can tell their management is good, however from Pomu's past experiences she may be deciding that not having to worry about permissions and being fully in control of everything she does is worth not being the biggest superstar she could be. She's also going through the heartbreak of graduation and all of the issues that come with that, she would have to go through that AGAIN with Holo if she goes that route.
