There are various key distribution websites (go away /asp/ lurkers, do your own research) that provide you a key in exchange for coverage from the devs directly. Foregoes most of the legal mumbo jumbo as you have to provide all your stream metadata upfront. Most streamers and YouTubers use them, I have with my own background work. They are a grey area as RARELY do you have to actively provide information to your viewer base that you received one.

The acceptations are if the dev has a ToS or rule-set you must abide by when getting the key, often at times with a statement pre or post stream. Other times, you have certain rules when playing the game provided. Atlas is the most notable example of publicly scolding corpos for playing after a certain length in game. Capcom is also another great example, outright forcing you to play with Japanese audio. Steam enforces you (if leaving a review) to declare if you got the product free but Twitch nor YouTube don't. Only time you do on either platform is with #sponsored if it's a paid for demonstration.

Of course, the Japanese corpo's won't like this system because it's too practical. Nor do the Japanese corpo's like that companies like Microsoft have entire landing pages providing a blanket agreement to play anything they publish.
