They seriously need to have an employee education course where they teach the streamers what contracts are, what NDA are, what info they can't share to third parties and so on.

Rushia and now Mel. They literally don't know they violated the contracts they sign.

This but unironically, and for every big agency

Curious choice of pic.
In nearly 6 years, Chammers has never broken Cover's NDA, despite being borderline underage when she first signed off on it.

More to the point, Haachama has never broken NDA despite her wild, independent streak, and a mane-san who's powerless to wrangle her.

This isn't simply an education issue.

Oh, please.

Rushia was malicious, Mel is a genuine double-digit IQ moron.
Never forget that Cover didn't just say Rushia leaked information, but that she leaked FALSE information that damaged their reputation.
Mel only has a genuine NDA breach that likely was harmless overall, which is why all they said is that she leaked information, and the contract termination was somewhat amicable all things considered ("both parties agreed", letting her have a goodbye message, etc.)

I don't know about getting educated on this stuff but it's really not that hard to shut your fucking mouth and not leak sensitive data. It really isn't. Even a complete moron like Mori managed to not fuck up like this. Even fucking VESPER, the biggest fuck-up unprofessional manchild failure in the companies history, didn't make this mistake.
