Schedules aren't really a hard tradition in Hololive to be honest. But the thing is that it WAS the standard practice in EN since the start and they really just dropped it one by one out of laziness. They literally saw each other do it, went "oh I guess I can get away with it too then" and like a domino line they all dropped the practice purely out of laziness.
