I do a lot of work that never gets posted in the thread, so while it might not seem like it, I am making small amounts of progress over time. But I'm hyper critical of my work so I scrap a lot of stuff. I also get caught up in my moods. Some days I feel like going in one direction, and other days I want to go the other. Though I think I'm going to settle on the doll design because it's more in line with who I am as a person for various reasons. At this point it's mostly just ironing out smaller parts of the design and then working on the model. I did some preliminary head sculpts last week but I'm still playing around with various head shapes since my drawings aren't working out in 3D like I had planned.

For 2D, or 3D? If it's just art or whatever I could do it for free. I don't think my art is good enough to charge for, and I'd feel apprehensive about taking money for it when I'm an ADD monkey brain and have a hard time getting myself to work on stuff a lot of the time. 3D is a lot more time consuming, but I'm better at that typically, so maybe if someone wanted a 3D model with all the bells and whistles. Why not just start with a PNG anyways? You can work on your 3D while you stream with a PNG, and you can change your design whenever you want when you're PNGtubin'. Ria sometimes draws a new PNG live on stream for a bit, for example, and Digby streams with a Live2D while working on his 3D.

I haven't strayed far from the initial design. I've made some changes, and there are some different clothing options I'd like to try, but I lack the artistic ability to represent them in 2D. I plan to make some quick mock ups in marvelous designer so I can get a feel for how certain outfits would look, but I need to finish the models for my head and body first. Making clothes in marvelous designer is such a pain in the ass, though. It's not enough to know how to do all this tedious stuff in other 3D applications; gotta learn how to make actual clothing patterns too. It's rough. 1 a lot of popular vtubers are hags, it's only an advantage unless you're weird about it. More life experience, more stories, more developed tastes etc.
2. Being an introvert is an advantage for streamers because you will crave the attention and socializing you get from streaming. Extroverts can get this elsewhere and have other places to go so they don't feel the need to stream as much.
3. Yes, that's fine. Although if you're a furry be ready for the shit flinging (but a lot of vtubers are or used to be furries so it's not that bad.)
