I wonder if the cancellation of actual lives has more to do with them wanting to get things "right" or the potentially insane booking level of the studio.
Likely both. But I'd like to see some bloopers too - it doesn't have to be perfect.

P.S. There was a video in Youtube about Towa performing while clearly intoxicated. It was still available last year, but I did not favourite it and can't seem to find it anymore.
If anyone has a link and it's not been removed, please. It was endearing.

It started with the covid lockdown restrictions making it hard for them to get all the talent and staff in the studio at the same time, which is when they started doing the whole recording each segment separately over several days, but yeah avoiding scuff became a great part of it too, specially after that botched Okayu 3d live around the same time they started pre-recording stuff

Doing it all at once live would free up more time than taking weeks off to prerecord it. It’s to get it right and seem more professional but some people still try for it to be live. One of Suisei’s recent ones had her stumble while doing the dance. Don’t ask me which one I don’t watch suisei it was clip of her explaining that it wasn’t planned. Watame’s live last year in June was also live, well a lot of them around that time was. The new studio wasn’t staffed and they didn’t have time to prerecord because the regular staff was learning to use the studio so until I think July or August most were live
