Quite a few of these "issues" were exaggerated to make her out to be more of a criminal than she was. Especially when what she did was incredibly tame compared to most of the EN branch in general. I think part of the issue was it all happening too close to debut, if she acted like this 3~4 months later after she'd started earning them money they'd have ignored it.

Honestly the Genshin confusion was the mess what probably caused everything.
Though by that point Genshin had already lost interest for 90% of people and wasn't a huge number draw anymore. Her "PL" account stream got way better views than her "fresh" account one so she did make the right call using that when she could. Management was too retarded though.

A public apology to her would be useless at this point. What they really need to do is make an apology to their fans and the general public and acknowledge some of the problems at Nijisanji EN and promise this isn't going to happen again.

They would then need to follow this up with concrete action and get professional managers into EN and dedicate the resources necessary to get the branch to something resembling functionality. And they'd have to crack down on the troublemakers too who attack their own colleagues on social media.

None of this is going to happen. Instead they're going to continue to have scandal after scandal while bleeding top talent, leaving only bottom feeders and 2views at the company who are only there because they have no place else to go.
