If we are talking about colabs and projects for the branch, this is accurate. Some selen things (didnt watch Pomu everyday):
>Niji WWE, started with only Selen and Pomu. Selen also paid the championship belt.
>Puyo tournament, hosted by Selen, sabotaged by Niji management. This involved the whole company and as usual, Niji almost ruined it. Ike and Hana saved the event.
>Luxiem's lo-fi remix, paid by selen. Luca later gave her the money.
>Obsydia world. For every Niji EN member, paid 100% by dragoons as usual. Later Pomu helped her, and the pomudachis were included. Any other liver helped.

The future of colabs is really grim, the clique so far hosted:
>Crab game
>Amogus
>4 chan simulator.

Anycolor only cares about profit. Specifically, merch sales.

The thing is, their merch operation literally ONLY exists in Asia. People buying merch overseas experience months long wait times. There is zero advertising, as there is in every single corner store in japan.
So basically, Anycolor likes you in exactly the proportion you appeal to asian women, specifically japanese women.

Pomu for example has, since September, passed Luca in superchats, and ccv.
Doesn't matter. Merch is ALL that matters. Luca's merch sells better in japan so Luca gets to do whatever the hell Luca wants.

They don't even see it from a human standpoint, how losing such a valuable organizer like Selen and social nexus like Pomu would impact their already-damaged branch.

They probably just assume that can be replaced with the whole accelerate thing. Maybe, if the company was structured in a way to support new debuts. You can’t organize shit if you’re a nobody in that company and everyone sees you as a potential rival.
Maybe Riku already realizes he got lucky and he’s a talentless hack, which is why he doesn’t give a fuck anymore. Too much effort, might as well slowly sell off his stock and leave the company to whoever’s left holding the bag.

I donno if "pillar of NijiEN" is fair, a lot happened and she fell off hard before eventually graduating, but she was sort of the ultimate unityfag. I want to disagree with this, but the only way I could is by replacing Vox with Shu, due to the tech support he offered due to how shit EN's management is.
Pomu/Selen did so much hardcarrying and Shu honestly spent more time doing collab than his own streams it became a meme because he was propping up others ventures.
Nina you can say helped with emotional support and tried to keep everyone friendly, but you can also argue that she's part of the reason it all went to shit too due to all the off-collab shit she encouraged.
Vox was just a numbers man, even though his collab stuff was pretty good when he got into it, It's a shame his fanbase is so shit that he's scared to collab more often.

When you look at the others..
Rosemi had a lot of creativity originally but she distanced herself hard from later waves because she could tell they were drama magnets so those streams slowly died off.
Elira was always too 'safe' and that's why there's almost no drama around her at all, but she also is an incredibly passive person who just joins in with things, not an idea person.
Luca tried to be a big chatty guy who brought people together but he was too stupid and ended up being toxic because of it and other fanbases hated him for forcing it too hard.

Otherwise you have those who are actively a negative factor Enna, those like elira whose fanbases are isolated (Ike) and those who are just irrelevant (Finana)

So here's a qrd of how corpo hierarchies function. It's typically split into 3 levels of management: low, mid, and upper. Low level handles and day to day operations of the corpo, mid level handles regional operations, and upper level are the administrators. So all your staff that interact with the talents, get perms, help with tech issues and stuff are all low level. They have a lot of flexibility but are always stressed and busy. Mid level are execs in charge of the branches that are the gobetween for low level and upper level, although it's more akin to giving low level objectives mandated from up top. Upper level are your CEO, CFO, etc. basically boss of the executives and heads of departments and they ultimately answer to the shareholders, whether private or public. All of that is to say that mid level/branch managers have no clue about the day to day operations of the talents and only know the info fed to them my the talent managers. They could try to touch base with the talents individually or as a group but even then they're only getting a general sense of things, assuming they reach out to the talents at all. At upper level they're completely detached from what low level deals with. Despite their power, upper management tries to never touch the day to day stuff. The good ones do this because they trust the hiring manager they chose and trust low levels to do their job and the mid level to report any problems before things spiral out of control. The bad ones are just on an ego trip and actively don't want to know what's going on at lower levels and actively harass or fire people that report things are on fire. As you may have guessed, Yagoo is the former while Riku is the latter. I wouldn't be surprised if 80/20 rule applies even for the talents. There's 34 active in NiiiEN so 20% would mean 7 members do 80% of the work, and of the 7 in that 20% just 2 are doing 80% of that work load, which means 2 talents are carrying 64% of the entire branch. And yeah, you can guess who those 2 are and Riku has no clue about any of that because that's the job of the branch manager to know, but the branch manager is also doing the low level management work. Once the amount of the 20% workers that carry 50% of of the workload leave the corpo enters a death spiral because it's not that the remaining workers can just work harder and do better, they literally can't do more than they are because that is the limit of their abilities or else they would've been in the 20%. The 50% is the marker because that's the tipping point of when the workload outpaces the workoutput and catching up becomes impossible and the only way to adjust is to take on less work which means losing market share until they can keep up. It's a death spiral because people start leaving one after the other until the only ones left are the true believes of the corpo but can only produce the minimum output, basically your standard bootlickers. At current standing if NijiEN loses 3 of the top 20% talents the branch will 100% enter a death spiral and implode. Pomu is leaving, that's one. Selen is unknown, that's two. Who could be the third? Probably Rosemi or Petra or Elira. If that happens it's game over for the branch.

Certainly! Here's a formatted and edited version for easier readability:

Corporation hierarchies typically function with three levels of management: low, mid, and upper. The low level handles day-to-day operations, mid-level oversees regional operations, and upper-level consists of administrators, including the CEO and CFO.

At the low level, staff members deal with talents, manage permissions, and handle tech issues. They have flexibility but are often stressed and busy. Mid-level executives act as intermediaries between low and upper levels, receiving objectives from upper management. Upper-level executives, such as CEOs and CFOs, answer to shareholders.

It's crucial to note that mid-level/branch managers may not be familiar with the day-to-day operations of talents. They rely on information provided by talent managers and might not directly interact with talents. Upper-level management, despite their power, stays detached from day-to-day affairs, trusting the hiring managers and low-level staff to handle their responsibilities.

Good upper-level management trusts their team, while bad management remains detached and may even harass or fire those reporting issues. In the case of NiiiEN, Yagoo represents the former type, while Riku embodies the latter.

An 80/20 rule may apply to talents, where 20% of them contribute to 80% of the workload. In NiiiEN's case, with 34 active talents, 7 may handle the majority of the work, and within that 20%, only 2 carry 64% of the entire branch's workload. Riku, as the branch manager, might be unaware of these details.

If 3 of the top 20% talents leave NijiEN, like Pomu already leaving and Selen's status uncertain, the branch could enter a death spiral. Possible departures of Rosemi, Petra, or Elira could lead to a critical situation, risking the branch's stability and market share.

We may have lost Pomu, and Selen is most likely gone too, but Nijisanji will never lose Rosemi-sama, the beacon of hope for us all.

It's not just EN that has these problems, they've been steadily bleeding important members like Mayuzumi for really stupid reasons, and it's having a visible impact on the quantity and quality of events on the JP side too. They're slowly becoming a zombie agency where everyone just streams video games for a few thousand viewers and nothing interesting ever happens.

Selen is probably terminated but they don't know what to do since they cannot Zaion her since she has good connections and reputation. Everyone would blame NijiEN managment.

That's what happens when your company does stuff like bully members into graduating after publically shaming her for making an innocent baseball joke.

the vast majority of the nijiEN fanbase are women and they actually watch the males. you see people on 4chan talking about vtubers like rosemi but they're meaningless in the grand scheme of things. the branch is easily carried by luxiem + noctyx alone

I think it's incredibly funny that it was the baseball joke that did her in after years of comments that would have got her suspended anywhere else, it really emphasised that they literally only took action because they were getting bad press in the normie media
Along similar lines they have a guy who was permanently banned from youtube for streaming gore, and they just made him a new account so he could ban evade and seemingly nobody cared
