2024 will be the year that anyone who wants to leave NijiEN either graduates or starts planning their departure. I expect there will be more graduations after Pomu and Selen.
By 2025, the branch has fallen into complete irrelevancy and gets the ID treatment for the ones still clinging on when Anykara decides it's not profitable enough to be worth the trouble anymore

Any "fan" who is still is with this trashheap of a company at this point will continue to do so, if anything, Pomu's graduation has completely desensitized them to drama and when Selen leaves they'll just start blustering about how Iluna and Xsoleil have actually always been better than the golden 20 or some shit.
Or more accurately, they already were desensitized because Pomu's graduation barely even raised a ruckus beyond their usual copes.

Maybe among the (soon to be former) dragoons, but everyone else will see that Nijisanji is just making the sensible decision of parting ways with a toxic employee with multiple instances of going behind the managers' backs to push for her project and generally gaslighting her fellow livers.
