Sometimes life or work gets in the way, you can skeb them some art, maybe buy a throne gift, if you draw or paint make them something yourself, even if you can't deaw it will still be valuable as it comes from the heart. Hell i've seen someone do a PSA on firesafety while juggling fire for their Oshi as a video, fan-made themed song covers, animations, Music Videos, memes: The one rinna anon literally just remixes her cri emote thousand times.

Carve something, knit something, embroider something. You can screen print some t-shirts and hand em out to friends even. Make stickers with QR codes and their png on it and slap em around the city or in multiple cities.
