Phase is still lacking a lot in terms of platform. You join NIJI, while the viewership is shit now you have guaranteed a couple hundred thousand subs and 200,000+ twitter followers for your platform.

Phase has to figure out how to get their girls bigger platforms. They are doing very well in viewership, but their presence elsewhere isn't that big. Shiina, Lia, Lumi etc don't have big followings on social. They need someone to help with that.

In reality the Phase girls often collab with indies and other small corpo 2views and act quite humble despite rising up to 4view status on their own merits.
They've had collabs with Nijis and Vshojo and members of HoloEN have spoken about Phase talents positively. They're not dragging anybody down, mudhut dwellers posting here push that narrative. Several new vtubers list Phase members as their oshis or as inspirations. Times have changed, it's not that Phase helped bring down Nijisanji, they did that to themselves.

Phase is exciting and has buzz right now. That is why you are seeing more threads about them.
