Sometimes its hilarious to see where it range from. Usually its a Ban/angry rant or a more tame "Uhhhh WTF? No. I'm *Insert lameass Vtuber name here*. You are mistaken."

I dunno, I guess with how Twitch is going down the drain and not financially supporting the Vtubers much. I think its a good way to go especially to something as simple as name dropping a Popular Corpo or some random indie. The aftermath of it is quite hilarious especially with those that are weak willed and jealous of others after.

Yeah but if their fanbase follows suit with the meme and the streamer doesn't make it a in-house joke. It will demoralize even the most veteran of streamers.

Mislabeling someone with another brand should really fuck people over and over time if its repeated either they ban / make rules of it or like you said take it like a champ.

Hey don't let it get to you. Even tiny 2-views have a dedicated fanbase who watch them for who they are and enjoy their content. If they misname you as a joke, don't take it as an insult. They're just teasing. If they really didn't like your streams, they wouldn't regularly tune in.
Just have confidence in yourself. No need to compare yourself to others or feel inadequate.

Absolutely. I think I'm one of if not the first to call Gura both shork and Goobis. I also like to add an or a in front of the Vtubers name because they notice and it makes me laugh.
