Average organized a suika game tournament for アモアス勢 a fairly big jp streamers community centered around the game Among Us and branching out into other collab games like Mario Kart, valorant, etc. It's not a wellknown community even here on 4ch but there's 2view and 3view vtubers who are part of it. The only thing she possibly likes more is bragging about having money. The amount of times she brought up making 7 figures (in dollars, not in yen) out of nowhere is staggering. Even one of her infamous “5 requirements to marry Norio” had to do with income. She also talks about working basically all day every day to make that kind of money. You know.one of the things that made her decide to settle down with this husband? Him being a wealthy and successful man.

This grindset makes her a cunning and perhaps scary businesswoman, and a terrible boss, contrast to her usual funny image on stream. She unironically sees herself as some sort of Wolf of Akiba. Her parting ways with and never speaking to Nobuhime again, cutting Holo collabs, all five gen 2 members from her agency quitting or getting fired in less than two years, and 4 more at the end of 2023.

Especially, consider Inaba Haneru, who she went from collabing a ton in the past and bragging about crying to Haneru and eating her cooking all the time, to basically ignoring completely. Even when Haneru literally had womb cancer and had to go for a surgery, Tamaki didn’t tweet. Her “circle” very naturally replaced Haneru with Roberu and Mea, because guess what? That brings the numbers.

Remember Mishiro? The friend who knew Tamaki since both were in high school back in Nagano prefectures, and came to work for Tamaki for 4 years for her “vtubing dream”. Considering that Mishiro graduated only to become an indie, and Tamaki wouldn't give her the rights to the model that she's been using for almost 4 years by now, points at this split being far from amicable.
