We still don't know what was added in this update since Subaru only played for 1 hour but we know it's still incomplete, there's was an art lacking and probably even more later in the game. The unfortunate fact that full length covers are incredibly rare in rhythm games so the best we get are Game Size versions.
It's also bullshit that Marine and Afterglow was a terrible miscast.
The other 4 covers were amazing and fit each member perfectly. But Marine and Ran was a poor choice especially for Ahoy. They're polar opposites. Which is really annoying since both Marine and Ran are amazing vocalists but have totally different styles of music so either way one of the two was likely going to be overshadowed. In this case Ran.
I imagine if Marine covered an Afterglow song she'd sound fine like Ran does during the normally singing parts of Ahoy but it wouldn't have the same impact Ran's voice has on her home turf of a more punk/alternative rock style.

The collaborations with Rushia always felt extremely forced, but not just with Marine but with all of Sankisei, you could sense that she wasn't very close to her generation.
And with Coco I feel like a lot of times she would go overboard with Marine and sometimes it felt like she was flat out humiliating her or making her the butt of the joke, but I guess that was Coco's character personality, I honestly don't know how she behaves nowadays since I never bothered to watch any of her post Hololive streams.

The problem is Rushia is literally an one-trick pony, all she can do is playing the yandere/angry role and screaming at 129 dB. Not even Marie could help.
