If they are paying her some amount that isn't tied to the average and treating her special, she would be affecting the bottom line in some material way. If they managed to get a good deal out of her while still using her, then by all means and I believe that is the only reason she is still in the company because as you say, her value outside of streaming is still exceeding her contract value and paying dividends for the company at the moment. But Gura is making herself irrelevant and the issue will most likely come to a head once we have EN4 or when push comes to shove due to shareholder pressure which is mounting because of Cover's lack of profitability and complaints about the excess spending for talent compensation.
