Nijisanji is a very, very far cry from perfect but the opportunities you can get by being in a big JP corpo are pretty much unrivaled anywhere, she's had a really successful career and a big brand and her face has been plastered all over the biggest conventions and stores in Japan and around the world alongside other Nijisanji members, she's been rubbing shoulders with the actual faces of vtubing, gotten attention from a lot of public figures, the list goes on. Everything he did was funny, every dumb joke he made hit, every conversation he made was fun to listen to and his gameplay, while scuffed in the beginning, improved a lot as time passed on. Firstly you'll need a deposit. Usually you'll want around 20% of the total value saved up which for a house here would be from $160,000-$200,000. That's maybe 3 years if you're living with family or something but really hard to save up when you're renting
Secondly you need to think about the location and your career. If you buy a house in the booneys you're stuck working in the booneys. Even if you're fine with selling if you get a job elsewhere that pays more you'll still need to wait a few months for it to sell. In that time you're going to be paying rent and a mortgage at the same time, making any actual monetary gain from the sale null.
