I really don't get how Nijisanji has anything to do with Pomu's actual interests. As for Nijisanji, she talked about wanting to be a part of it once in her PL. It didn't come off as her being a mega fan of Nijisanji any more than all the other times she spoke positively about other vtubers, but people like to point to that to say that it's proof that she's a the biggest Nijisanji otaku in the world. It started with her fans trying to counter the shitposts about her being a Hololive reject, and then it kind of became a meme.
