I will never understand vtubers like the one in the meme. Despite the worlds ilks they manage to be the life of the room and lift the spirits of even the heaviest of hearts.
On their platform they can be anybody they want and do anything they want. They can choose to even take out their pain and fustration on their viewers but instead this type of Vtuber just accepts the downtrodden and let's them know that their support is appreciated.
How can a Vtuber accept and acknowledge the unacceptible and unacknowligible?

I noticed today that Amazon AWS has servers in South Africa (Cape Town) so I launched a free virtual server instance and installed nginx with rtmp module to it so it could work as a simple Twitch relay. I did some testing and it worked really well on 3500 kbps. 4000 kbps was too much for my crabby 20/5 connection, but it really went better than I expected especially because it's about 10000 km to Cape Town from here.

With some work this could be a viable option as a relay server. It's needs at least a way of changing stream-key and some authentication so it won't be open to everyone.

I have done some more testings and instead of pushing streams to Twitch with nginx you can execute a ffmpeg process to do the re-streaming part and the stream key can be used as a variable so it's not just hardcoded in the config file.
I was worried about whether free tier instance had enough resources to run ffmpeg, but it seems that just copying the stream without any transcoding isn't so cpu intensive.
I also noticed that using ffmpeg strips other variables like "bandwidthtest=true" from the stream key so instead of doing a dummy test stream I had streamed almost an hour of Minecraft title screen with open mic to Twitch... Luckily I don't have any followers.
