Who in hololive fakes it the hardest? That one girl you just know for a fact hates her job, hates her fans, and wishes she could be doing anything else but this kayfabe streaming bullshit, but doesn't want to throw away the career opportunity.

I'm guessing Ina. She's too nice, and every so often the tone of her voice changes to something more resembling disgust than amusement.

I wouldn't say anyone in HoloEN HATES what they do. I'll go from most sincere to fakest.
>Ina
She's just a girl that streams comfy shit. If she where just a youtuber or a twitch streamer she'd do what she does with maybe her self-drawn avatar instead of her rig. Perhaps doesn't enjoy the fame, but she likes what she does too much for it to let it bother her.
>Gura
She seems like the most chill about it and enjoys it very much, but she seems to be a very "in the moment" type of person. Like, if she stopped doing it tomorrow she wouldn't cry about it, but she'd miss it a lot from time to time. The only girl that could move on to just music or something, her voice is very pretty.
>Kiara
Kiara is a weeb that is living her dream and basically magnifies her personality to the fullest. I'd say out of all the girls she enjoys her "fame" the most, though that isn't necessarily a bad thing or make her fake. I think she strikes the best balance of doing what she wants and pleasing her fans. Though I think she'd be more popular and feel she'd have a little bit more breathing room if she were with VShojo. Given how much she likes the fame, I'm guessing if she's even a little smart she's planning on how to make the most of it.
>Amelia
People say she openly hates her fans, but I think she doesn't even show the half of it. Which is a shame, because she's got the best ideas and solo streams of the girls, but you can tell she's a Japanophile who resents everything about popular weeb culture. Burns the brightest, may fade the fastest.
>Mori
She already said so herself. 5%. I think here we have a girl who was enamored with anime when she was young, what really stuck with her was the music, and she obviously wants to do that more than streaming. But unlike Ame who actually likes current jap shit but hates the culture and people surrounding her, I think Mori is just too perplexed/weirded out by it. Has been said before, but I really think she'll be the first graduate, if it isn't Amelia, or Gura out of boredom.

>> No.6606180

>>6606089
I don't think Calli would move to Japan and immerse herself in a culture that glorifies weeb shit if she hated it. She might not be a huge fan of the anime approach to growing her name but it's done wonders for her career. If anything I think she'll stick with it the longest; she has the most to lose, after all.

I don't know who has the most to lose, I'd say Kiara honestly or maybe Amelia, but the one I can see doing it the longest is for sure Ina.

Bait aside, in EN Kiara is the most attached to vtubing (idol dream) and Ina is the most attached to Hololive itself, as she already had a career and joined out of being a fan of Hololive and, I assume, wanting something to enforce some structure in her life, since it seems she spent (spends) all of her time working or weebing from her room in her parents' house and irregularly sleeping on the floor for 4-6 hours.
Next would be Gura, who needed the structure more than anyone, and who suffers too much from imposter syndrome to be indifferent to or hate what she does.
Power gap and there's Ame, who by times barely contains her contempt for overbearing managers, heavy-handed restrictions and particularly retarded, obnoxious fans. She does however clearly enjoy streaming, and she does have fun with the kayfabe.
On the bottom there's Mori, who's commented on her lack of enthusiasm before but ultimately pretends to love vtubing, making her the most insincere. She's here to make money and promote her musical career, and only puts high effort into what she actually enjoys, like making music, collabing with her IRL friends from outside of the company and now the TTRPG.
Beyond EN it doesn't matter, because this was always going to be a EoP thread.

Amelia genuinely loves streaming and likes PART of her fanbase, you can just tune in for a zatsudan and see how chill she is with chat, since she knows only her core fanbase will be there.
You can't convince me that someone that keeps superchat off most of the time, sends messages to members the most out of all EN girls and is sincere to the point of fucking herself over with words sometimes is "fake" or "hates her job". You simply don't watch her if you say that.

Ayame by a country mile, after a power gap probably Haachama, seeing as how she first dumped the idolfags who liked Haato and went full grossout mode because she was tired of idolshit, then rode the schizo storyline to success on almost nothing but fan-made content, then got bored of that (and/or management) too and has since unofficially graduated. Really left Haatons out in the cold.

Probably Calli who the least interested in the whole Vtuber thing, got weird out by how autism and intense the whole fanbase is. But it got her out of doing multiple jobs to keep the light on and she now has a better chance to shill her music, networking and promotion deal. She also probably the one who would graduate first if Hololive ever pigeonholed her since she is like Coco, they both do work and maybe even prefer working on their roommate account, have a huge bank account now, have connections, are subtle as a brick with the roommate account so most of the fan are ready to follow her if she leaves, pride creativity over money.

I doubt ina. People complain about her lack of effort or whatever but that's precisely because the stream is exactly what she wants it to be in terms of comfy vibes.

She's busy and tired but she definitely enjoys doing streams, you'd have to with her workload.

This but tone down the Mori rrat a little. She clearly isn't a part of "vtuber culture" whatever the fuck that means but she seems to have genuine appreciation for the audience and put effort in. She's a fish out of water who is successful at something other than her core competencies but I don't think she dislikes it.

The 5% nonsense is just slight misspeaking magnified by board autism, reminding people to chill with the parasocial relationships and understand the 2d waifu exists offline is pretty important especially when you attract as many gachis as she does

Korone always comes off as taking the piss to me, anyways. She doesn't hate her fans as much as it comes off as a lot of banter. I don't follow JP but the one who I always got the vibe of not liking her fans as much was always the fat cat. Mainly because they're all so damn thirsty. Fubuki also recognizes it but still seems to love interacting with her fans.

But again I'm white so I can only really comment on English. I kind of always felt that the only en who like their fans was Kiara and Mori. Maybe ina too. I wouldn't say Ina hates her fans though she just more or bless always does her own thing.

>Ina
Mostly correct. Ina likes streaming because she enjoys it and gets to hang out with people in hololive. Basically >us if we had talent and were cute girls
>Gura
Gura seems to enjoy it, but is likely dealing with pressure of rapidly becoming the biggest vtuber ever. I'd agree if she quit tomorrow she'd likely be okay and just miss it from time to time (honestly with her I'd just worry she wouldn't be able to get a real job after). Her weeb level is pretty high (although lower than it was in her prime). Definitely above Ame/Mori but below Ina/Kiara
>Kiara
Pretty much. Although she's the last person who would willingly drop out as she loves the fame part of it, and there's no way in hell she's getting more popular anywhere else
>Amelia
Amelia is the definition of a secondary. She got into anime and the culture due to others around her using it. She wouldn't miss anime or weeby stuff at all if she dropped out of doing it tomorrow. It's basically all just for show to appeal to her fans. I don't doubt she enjoys some of it, but she's no wheres near being an actual weeb. I'd also say she views this as a job like Mori does, so her dropping out would likely only negatively affect her financially
>Mori
Right on about being into anime as a kid and growing out of it. I think her attitude towards the culture is all mostly an act though and that she passively accepts most of it. She's more into just the music of Japan rather than anything weeby, but she's aware of it all. Of all the girls she puts on the most obvious front, which makes it a bit hard to really tell what her deal is, but even then of the group she's the most likely to drop out first, and the least likely to be genuine about anything.

>>6629623
But what actually happened was
>acknowledges she keeps delaying a stream (i think it was karaoke)
>knows people are upset
>laughs and said she doesn't really care anymore
>because we only represent 5% of her time
She then went on to try to lessen the blow by saying what she really meant was "you guys only see me 5% of the time", and that she just has a lot of other things to do. Looks like recent events has Mori in a good light so most people are doubling down on "you totally just misunderstood her" now that people are forgetting what actually happened and no one cares to explain

Ina treats Hololive like a low effort fun time. It's not super serious for her, but it's a fun side project. Fairly upfront I'm her presentation.

Kiara is probably TOO honest (fake voice aside). She clearly loves her job and is a massive fan of many other Holos, but her Stacy energy borders on autistic so her presentation can be overwhelming.

Calli likes Hololive as a means to shilling music and having an avenue to make more. The rest of the job is awkward and a bit of a forced march for her unless she's really into a particular thing.

Ame is just a gamer girl who's happy to have a way to make money playing games. At it's core, Hololive is good for her. She clearly holds both Hololive corporate and her fanbase in low esteem, and merely tolerates them.

Gura is just in Hololive to see how shit goes. She seems to honestly enjoy streaming and has fun interactions with chat, but she isn't terribly invested and probably feels overwhelmed that she's become such a big deal.
