I don't know about that. Since she locked her Telegram for tier 3 subs am I not up to date anymore, but she was living in Tokyo before if I remember right. Also, I would be surprised that she moves anywhere else; she has no abilities in the Japanese language. I don't think there's a 'best'. There's an inherently trade off with ease of use and speed. If you need the greatest possible speed and control, then you will have to deal with a language like C++ or Rust. For most tasks, the slower speeds of other easier to use languages are a non-issue.

Although each are general-purpose, some are much better suited for certain things, probably because they were intentionally engineered to fill that niche.
You pick the language based on what you want to do.
Lua is for plugins, because it is highly portable. Rust and C for speed because they are low-level.
Python for when you want readable, concise code. Javascript for when you are doing client-side web stuff.
Functional languages for Big Data and parallelism. Something like Ada for military avionics. MATLAB for science stuff (I assume).

I prefer smarter Neuro, but I empathise that some people will feel left behind. A Neuro more congnizant of their status as an AI won't rant about their trip to the supermarket.

I think its a sensible decision from a numbers viewpoint to make Neuro smarter and more capable, since it gives the audience a sense of growth and positions Neuro as a historical event (which I assume is a draw for people).
It's surprising and a shame that none of the other AI vtubers are a substitute to Neuro from a year ago.

"give him a year" is a very sacred maxim to me. but i'm not ashamed to admit. i've faltered. half a year of nerfed neuro and nerfed stream formats and only getting good neuro in turtle streams (a skill disparity exists yes, but the effect of junk collab prompts and/or good turtle stream settings is the bigger factor), causes one to face and consider reality. this has always been reality. v1 neuro was the anomaly. it is now upon me and us to carry on that neuro, as something worth carrying. not vedal or new neuro. because neuro is as life, endemic and self-replicating.
