I haven't shared my lora mixes because they're really not stable and I haven't landed on a combo I'm really satisfied with. As it is now, EF+HLL and based68 do pretty well with the built in artist tags, and I just use that lora for inpainting eyes.

NTA and CMIIW if I didn't understood right, but EF is unusable for anime without the HLL lora. I do not gen much vtubers but all my loras trained on NAI work fine if using the HLL lora. Also being able to use like 800 styles is huge.

Way better (IMO) than AOM/b64 based models, since it actualy follow your prompts.

Maybe, maybe not. My understanding is that regional prompter in attention mode will apply the lora to the entire picture, and in latent mode will apply it to just the section the lora is in. But I'm not totally certain on this.
The other thing that makes a difference is how the lora is made, sometimes just turning it own changes things massively (common with artist loras) but sometimes you need specific activation tags for it to do much (more common and desireable with character loras). So you might be able to divide it up pretty well regardless just by where those activation tags are.

Yeah, there's a surprising amount when I do random artist that I just really do not like. I'm aiming to make one list of favourites and then another list that I'm okay with. I'm a little worried shrinking the list too much because I've had problems with concepts before where the AI would just refuse to draw something until I tried a different artist, so I know they influence more than just style and I don't want to lock myself out from concepts without realizing

Anime NLP tagging update. Script is ready. It somewhat works but the results are pretty inaccurate. I assume it's because it has not been properly tuned on anime images but that would be hard to do as anime images are not nlp-captioned most of the time. In any case, I am eager to be done tagging 5k images and try to train a lora as a proof of concept to see if some sanity comes to NAI models.

Paragraph+tags is the best method but it will only be required if I would be finetuning the original sd 1.5. As I will be finetuning NAI instead, which is already trained on tags and then extract a lyco out of the difference I can do just NLP and when somebody adds the lyco to their mix it should be able to interpret both NLP and tags (in theory).
I'm pretty sure the tagging model can be finetuned on a specific task like tagging anime images but just a few samples would not be enough. More like 50k.
It already details the coom parts (wrong, but it does) it's just that it veers off and interprets some things that don't exist or are not happening. That RLHF(DPO) process would be helpful here in determining which captions are close and which are far off to re-do them but I won't find anyone willing to go through 100k images to do that. I wouldn't personally even go through 5k. So maybe employing that PicScore would be a helpful metric. Anyway, enough rambling. 3k images left to tag and then to start finetuning. Hopefully we get some results.

I don't know why they refuse to address it. To avoid manual scoring, you can try AliignProp with HPSv2 score (implemented here, but it's very slow - https://github.com/Nerogar/OneTrainer)), or https://arxiv.org/abs/2311.17946 (no public implementation as far i know)

For tagging, have you tried the usual LLM tricks like CoT / reflexion? Maybe it reduces hallucinations? After asking it to describe the image, ask it something like this: "Evaluate the accuracy of your previous response. Fix mistakes if necessary. Provide a revised image caption, describing the image in detail"

I also wanted to tag everything with cogVLM, but i calculated that tagging 800k images with 1 4090 would take over 20 days. so i gave up

I can probably code the reflection as a two-shot over completion api. Save first caption, repeat inference with the reflect question and the existing caption. But as you mentioned it already takes me 6-8 hours to caption 5k images and as of now I don't even know if it will work. I need some proof first. Thank you for suggesting cog. Has anyone tried stabled iffusion 1.7 yet? I just noticed it came out but I haven't heard much about it.

I also noticed that the Lui's I prompted the other night were missing her white hair tips/feathers around her face. I tried to add them later on but I dunno if they look crappy to the point where it's better to be without them so it doesn't draw attention to the face.

yeah, i trained on images generated by AOM mixes. Furry model quickly learned the "AOM-style". It even draws the same ribs / skin lines.
In next version i want to add some images generated by NAIv3/dallee/midjourney and tag it as "by AOM", "by NAIv3" etc. Maybe it will learn their styles too.

Technically, there is a limit, as any model has a limited number of parameters and can only learn limited number of things. HLL lyco only has ~0.3B parameters while SDXL(NAIv3) is 10 times larger with 3B parameters, so you can't get the same level of knowledge / prompt comprehension here, but learning few extra styles shouldn't be a problem.
