Depends on your setting and where Laplus fits into it. High and mighty chuuni overlord works well with fantasy, but you might also want to include her childlike innocence and brain into the mix. Like a child playing king of the playground is a decent way to thin about it. They can snap between their imagination and reality in an instant. If you got some La+ on the way, I'll be eager to read it, we don't get enough darkness around here.

I've been struggling with how to put the pieces together. Wow, what to say? What can I say? I'm really impressed. This was incredibly erotic - almost every line oozes with sexual energy and tantalizing description. I didn't come into this looking to nut, but I quickly became completely and fully absorbed; it was all I could do to edge myself to the end. Even if it's just yuri-baiting or a collection of innuendos, they're still establishing a lewd rapport and your mind starts constructing smut scenarios around their interactions. If you wanted to write something NSFW involving those two girls, you could simply write yuri...but it's kind of limiting when it comes to the sex scenes.

This is where futa comes in. The two girls remain essentially the same, but now one of them wields a fat swinging cock and can use it in all the same ways a man could. There's a real power dynamic at play and the options for smut scenarios open way up. And the reason you'd use futa instead of male self-insert is that you're specifically interested in the relationship between those two girls. Basically, sometimes you watch IRyS tease Kronii about being bad at video games and imagine the latter whipping out her futa dick and facefucking IRyS until cum shoots out her nostrils. The dialogue, mannerisms, and emotions playing out during such a scene wouldn't be the same if it was male self-insert doing it instead.

Just finished reading, I enjoyed the story and how you presented the relationship over time. I would say your strongest showing is actually the lifestyle of rebellious teens with access to alcohol and parties. You also nail how a dude and chick best friend kinda get on in high school, I would kinda know, since for better or worse, I had a girl best friend through that entire period of my life that I would get into trouble with, and we would both support each other as we dated other people. Now for some more technical stuff.
I did notice some grammar mistakes here and there like:
“Yo bro. Do you have math’s notes? I'll let you my GameClear”. - You probably mean lend.
you mess the tempo, the can lost forever. - mess up the tempo, or miss the tempo, either works.
But good doesn't last forever, because Mori takes off her earphones and walks next to you. - she walked next to you while she was laying down?

There were some others here and there, but not any that made me scratch my head trying to decipher what you were trying to say, just small mistakes here and there.
I also feel the earlier parts of the fic read a little stiffly, like actions and descriptors are kinda delivered as very matter of fact if that makes sense. Some of it lacks a smoothness I can't articulate properly. That kinda corrects itself later one, and the prose becomes more free flowing. Hope this didn't come off as too nitpicky.
It felt nice to watch you and cali go on this confusing journey with one another, and I think you nailed a good characterization of the reaper herself. How you fleshed out the family and their reactions to their kids was also great to see. I think the Iroha subplot could have used a little more meat, just to more so showcase how you treated the possible best girlfriend you ever had before mori, and give an idea how the dynamic played into the relationship with your best friend. Even when someone says they're understanding of your best friend being the opposite sex from you, there's still a bit of uncertainty and even feeling threatened by the best friend when you are trying to date one another. It's a powerful tool for getting some tasty drama in there, and even helping the relationship between your two best friend characters grow as a result of it.
Nice job taking that prompt and running even farther with it.

This was really rough but damn does this fic have a lot of heart and nails the feeling of young love in a small town with Mori. Though you could have used a beta reader, I can spot a lot of dropped words and weirdly worded sentences that a second set of eyes would have spotted.
Really liked that first time scene, barely on the edge of SFW, but it had just the right mix of pacing and emotion to make it work.
The iroha plot kind of feels like it's a bit unearned/ too much for the one-shot structure. I feel like it would be a good 'false lead' in a multi chapter series but it's just not built up enough.
As for structure, it kind of feels a bit all over the place with the scenes being more like snippets into their relationship over the years... but like not in a way where it's a gradual progression; more like an abridged showing of key events with narration thrown in to buff out the details. Especially since you kind of give up on the narration thing halfway.
Still, I liked what I read, and if you have it in you to write an expanded/fuller version as a series I'd love to read it.

Thanks a lot for reading it. I did have a betareader but all the mistakes are mine to shoulder since i kept touching the fic after his imput, they caught a lot. Imma fix these right now.

The iroha plot is there as a punishment and reminder for myself. This is twice as long as anything i've ever written and to say i was running on fumes and struggling to close it out is an understatement.
This ballooned way out of its original scope, and i couldnt bring myself to cut anything i did like in favor of tightening it out because it meant missing the contest and i dont wanna be "the guy who always misses a deadline".

So in a way i self sabotaged myself because i really want to get better, even if it means to take some shit to the face.
