The best piece of advice I can give you is to never look at viewers that are at another stream as viewers you'll ever have.
There's a reason they are there and unless you are an exact copy of that streamer it's very unlikely they will come over to your stream in the same way.
There's so many people on twitch that it's not worth worrying about viewers on other channels, there's people that will find you, and will enjoy what you do as long as you enjoy what you do.

You pick a timeslot that works best for you that you can comfortably and consistently stream in, because you will naturally build a viewerbase over time + with advertising and making friends that raid you etc.

Same filters I use for talking + a reverb filter and slightly different noise suppression. Unless your singing voice is wildly different in noise level, etc. from your speaking voice, you shouldn't need to change much. Remember to delay your karaoke track too to match your mic, but this isn't technically a filter.

Reverb isn't even really necessary though its common to add a little to give your voice a little. Just spend some time with an EQ and listen to yourself on samples until you're content that the highs and slows sound right. Don't hang up on sounding "Good" because you're probably like most people and hate the sound of your own voice by reflex. Just focus on making sure that everything sounds clear and makes the right sound.

I think it's a norm to add things like reverb or vocal doubling because people are accustomed to hearing these effects in recorded music. While doing one or both of these things will make your voice sound marginally better, you can think of a reverb filter as putting an extremely thin coat of paint on a house. It makes things look a little better if the foundations are there but won't hide much if your singing voice needs work. Perfect for streaming Is a voice nearly anyone would naturally sit and listen to for hours on end because it draws them in, most would hear them and be enticed to keep watching/listening immediately.

Great Voice are really good tones/sounds that most people would enjoy hearing for long periods of time that have their own identity, you wouldn't likely hear someone and think they sound like someone else if they're here.

Fine Voice is a mixed bag that would appeal to some but a smaller scope than Great or Perfect.
The tone is fine for streaming but doesn't really grab your attention on it's own, and is likely heard from other streamers on the platform.
Some people are in there because of lack of spoken clarity and mic issues that aren't enough of a problem to put them in the mic quality tier.

I need to clarify though I'm trying to be unbiased and this is all based on voices themselves, it cannot be 100% objectively correct.
I do try to put aside my own interest in voices because this tierlist would be way different if it was based off of specifically what I enjoy hearing.
