It's just my personal opinion but the Nijisanji method of debuting lots of talents in a short span of time has the advantage of letting you buy up all the talented indies and other agency chuubas out there leaving nothing left for the competition. It can be quite effective if you have a lot of money to throw around and a large pool of talents to choose from. Hololive only does auditions once a year and already closed this year's. Nijisanji auditions ended a couple days ago for Gen 3 so those are out of the question as well.
