Generations are a guideline, someone born in 1993 (Late millenial) would have had a very different childhood from someone born 2003 (Mid zoomer) and thus behave differently, but if you go really close to the cutoff and compare the last millenials (1995) and first zoomers (1996) they're basically the same, because a difference in age of one year will not result in noticeable differences in growth environments
