Like for example during one, a month or two before graduation announcement dropped, she talked - through use of heavy metaphors - about how she was loyal for a long time, but with time, and through seeing Nina and Mysta leave and thrive, she realised she could achieve *more* if she was properly supported by her company. And how that made her realize she really should leave, but at the same time is afraid/uncertain of future would bring if she does.
