Nina and Zaion made it pretty clear that there's a culture of telling the livers that "you're nothing without nijisanji".
It's why they aren't given play button copies or more revenue share or individual managers or even a baseline salary.
Management have a lot of pride about nijisanji being "their thing" and the livers and the audience being vehicles of growth for Nijisanji, and not the other way around.
Hence, the company image and narrative always takes precedence over anything that's wrong with the individual livers.
Those that go against this will be shunned, blocked from doing things, and forced into the banishment room for long enough that they decide to graduate on their own.
It also explains people like Millie and Luca going full bootlicker, because that's the way they can be in the good graces of management and get their own projects and stuff fast tracked.
They also pit livers against each other so that they never unite and demand better treatment ever again. They took all the wrong lessons from Nijisanji Resistance.
